Refund policy

We want you to be really happy with your purchase but if for any reason you aren't, please contact Katy within seven days of delivery and then send the items back within 30 days of delivery. If you are buying a gift then we can exchange an item for a similar piece in another colour. 

The return postage will be at your cost. We are not able to accept returns on commissions due to the personal nature of these orders. If an item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@katyluxtonjewellery.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bethany, Glen Road, Wadebridge PL27 7PD. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Commissions
Commissions or special orders will not be entitled to a refund, by placing a special order either by ordering from the web shop or via e-mail in person at an event or over the phone and by paying a deposit you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. A 50% deposit will be required for all commissions, if the purchaser changes their mind and decides not to go ahead with the Commission for whatever reason then the deposit will not be refunded. If the Commission is made and complete and the customer changes their mind the outstanding amount will be vigorously pursued through the UK courts.

Quotes and estimates are valid for seven days due to the ever changing metal prices, the original quote could change after this.

Commissions which include a stone are guaranteed for six months and will be repaired free in the unlikely event of breakage. Between 6 and 12 months it will be repaired at cost and after 12 months the repair will be fully chargeable. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to know the correct finger size before a ring commission is made, particularly engagement rings that are meant to be a surprise. I will try my best to alter new rings if it is too big or small but this isn't guaranteed, I am not responsible for rings Commission that do not fit.
